1. Shake the liner gently before use to ensure even ink flow.
2. Starting from the inner corner of the eye, draw along the lash line in smooth, controlled strokes.
3. For a winged liner, extend the line outward and upward at the outer corner of the eye.
4. Allow to dry completely before opening eyes to prevent smudging.
5. For a thicker line, layer additional strokes while the liner is still wet.
6. Remove with a gentle eye makeup remover.
