Shake well before use to combine the two phases. Saturate a cotton pad with the remover and gently press over closed eye for a few seconds to dissolve makeup. Wipe gently from inner to outer corner without rubbing. Repeat if necessary. No rinsing required. Avoid direct contact with eyes.
