NOW® CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) is a naturally occurring fatty acid found in beef and dairy products, though modern farming practices have reduced its availability in modern diets. This supplement is derived from non-GMO safflower oil and is designed to help support healthy fat metabolism, efficient fat utilization, and a balanced body composition, especially when combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise. CLA may also help maintain lean muscle mass.


Serving Size: 3 Softgels.
The supplement contains 25 calories and 3g of total fat, with 3g being polyunsaturated fat. The main ingredient is 3g (3,000 mg) of Non-GMO Safflower Oil (seed), providing 2.4g (2,400 mg) of Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) per serving.
