Jarrow Formulas Methyl Folate is a highly bioactive form of Vitamin B9 (folate) that is directly usable by the body. Many people have a limited ability to convert synthetic folic acid into its active form due to genetic variations or physiological stress; this supplement bypasses that conversion process using the advanced Quatrefolic® form of methylfolate. It supports:
