I’M FROM RICE TONER 150 ML

Swipe on I'm From Rice Toner for hydrated and radiant skin. It forms a protective barrier over the skin to prevent water loss, eliminates dead skin cells, and rebalances dry and tired barriers.

Shake well to mix the water and emulsion layers before use. After cleansing, dispense on a cotton pad and swipe over skin, or dispense into hands and pat onto dry areas.
